There is hereby created a Board to be known as the Appeals Board of Electricians. The Board shall be composed of three members appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of City Commissioners, each of whom shall be knowledgeable in the electrical field. The Appeals Board shall consist of one city Fire Department official, one electrical contractor, and one electrical engineer or architect. Terms shall be for four years provided that the initial term of one member shall be two years to provide for staggered terms. Vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment, and the successor shall be appointed for the unexpired term. Any member may be appointment for additional terms.
