§ 118.36 RECORDS REQUIRED.
   The operator, owner or lessor of the flea market (hereafter "operator") shall maintain accurate records relating to the operation of the flea market in the method and on forms established by the License Fee Administrator of the City of Ashland regarding vendors operating on space within the flea market. These records shall include, but not be limited to license receipts (as hereafter provided), space rented, dates and times of operation, and sufficient identifying information on the individual vendors and their suppliers. This information shall be available to the License Fee Administrator at her request on the premises of the flea market, and the operator shall be required to file a monthly report with the License Fee Administrator on forms provided by the City. The License Fee Administrator shall provide the operator with license receipts (in triplicate) for issuance to the vendors as hereafter provided.
