§ 118.35 APPLICATION.
   Any individual, corporation, partnership, or other entity which operates a business, in what is commonly referred to as a flea market, in which table or area space is rented or leased for the purpose of selling wares, goods or items of any nature to the general public shall be covered by the provisions of this subchapter. This subchapter is not intended to affect church or bazaar type sales conducted by religious or non-profit organizations.
