§ 118.21 LICENSE REQUIRED; ISSUANCE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a casual sale in the city, without first filing the information specified and obtaining from the City Cashier a license to do so, to be known as a "casual sale license".
   (B)   The license shall be issued to any one person or for any one location only two times within a 12-month period. No license shall be issued for more than four (4) consecutive calendar days for each sale. Each license issued under this subchapter must be prominently displayed on the premises upon which the sale is conducted, throughout the entire period of the licensed sale.
