For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CASUAL SALE. Includes, but is not limited to all sales entitled "Garage Sale," "Yard Sale," "Attic Sale," "Rummage Sale," "Porch Sale," "Moving Sale," or any similar occasional casual sale of tangible personal property which is advertised by any means or displayed in any manner whereby the public at large is or can be made aware of the sale, except those sales provided for in
§ 118.23.
GOODS. Generally includes any previously used goods,such as old clothes, housewares, and furniture normally used in a residence, or other similar personal property capable of being the object of a sale regulated by this subchapter.
PERSON. Includes individuals, partnerships, voluntary associations and corporations.
