(A) No license under this chapter shall be required of domestic workers employed at private homes.
(B) A sale of used goods conducted or participated in by the resident of the residential property on which the sale takes place shall not be considered a business for purposes of this chapter
unless those sales are conducted for more than four consecutive days or for more than two times a year.
