(A) The towing service shall maintain records acceptable to the city concerning all vehicles impounded. Such records shall include but not be limited to information concerning the owner, date and time of release from impoundment, and fees paid by vehicle owner for release of his/her vehicle.
(B) Records specified in division (A) shall be maintained in accordance with impoundment procedures of the Police Department and shall be open for inspection by personnel of that department at any time.
