§ 114.61 PROOF OF INSURANCE REQUIRED.

The towing service shall carry insurance in amounts that meet applicable standards for towing service providers and comply with applicable federal and state laws. Each towing service shall provide proof of insurance to the RPSCC at the time application for the towing service eligibility roster is made.
