(A) The towing service shall maintain regular business hours of a minimum of eight (8) hours per day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time.
(B) The towing service shall be available for towing service calls twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.
