§ 114.47 SECURITY OF LOT; RESPONSIBILITY OF TOWING SERVICE FOR THEFT.
   (A)   The towing service storage/impound lot(s) shall be enclosed with an eight (8)-foot high privacy/security fence which complies with city building code.
   (B)   The towing service shall provide minimum security to prevent vehicle theft and pilferage. Minimum security includes, but is not limited to, an eight (8)-foot solid fence of which the top two (2) feet can be of barbed wire. All entryway doors and gates shall have locks and chains adequate to prevent unauthorized entry. The towing service is responsible for all liability due to theft and pilferage from any vehicle stored on the towing service storage/impound lot.
   (C)   The towing service storage/impound lot shall be lighted sufficiently to distinguish each vehicle.
