(A) The towing service storage/impound lot shall be capable of storing a minimum of twenty-five (25) vehicles with a clearance of eighteen (18) inches to the side of each vehicle and a minimum of thirty-six (36) inches between each row of vehicles.
(B) The towing service storage/impound lot shall as a minimum be gravel, asphalt or concrete and shall be kept in good repair.
