§ 114.15 TOWING SERVICE RESPONSE TIME.
   (A)   The towing service on the RPSCC eligibility roster that responds to a call for service shall respond immediately and shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes from time of notification to time of arrival at the location the towing service is needed.
   (B)   Tardiness on calls for towing service, including three (3) incidents within a seven (7)-day period, shall be cause for removal from the RPSCC's eligibility roster for towing vehicles from within the city corporate limits.
   (C)   When the towing service cannot honor a towing request it shall be the responsibility of the towing service to immediately communicate to RPSCC that the request cannot be honored.
