§ 114.05 ABANDONED OR JUNKED VEHICLES; OWNER MAY NOT CHOOSE TOWING SERVICE.
   When a vehicle is subject to being towed by the police for violation of §§ 95.10 through 95.12 or for three (3) days violation, the owner, when known, shall not be given a choice of towing service companies.
