§ 114.04 MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS; OWNER OR OPERATOR MAY CHOOSE TOWING SERVICE.
   (A)   The owner/operator of a motor vehicle that has been involved in an accident and is inoperable and is causing a traffic hazard shall be given the opportunity to give a preference as to the choice of towing service. In the event the owner/operator is injured and is otherwise unable to give a preference on a towing service, the police shall call or cause the RPSCC to call the towing service at the top of the eligibility roster.
   (B)   When the owner/operator in division (A) has no preference, the RPSCC will be notified to dispatch the towing service on the eligibility roster at the RPSCC.
