A towing service eligibility roster shall be established at the Regional Public Safety Communication Center (RPSCC) for towing services that have met the requirements of this chapter and have submitted an application to the RPSCC to be on the eligibility roster. The towing service at the top of the eligibility roster shall receive the primary call for towing service within the city for a period of one (1) month after which time the next eligible towing service on the roster will receive one (1) month, until each eligible towing service has received a turn. The eligibility roster shall be updated as needed with each new towing service added at the bottom of the eligibility roster. Failure of each towing service to maintain the provisions of this chapter including but not limited to the purchase of a business privilege license and insurance shall result in the towing service's removal from the eligibility roster.
