§ 111.04 ADOPTION OF STATE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LAW.

The provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky (Chapters 241, 242, 243 and 244 of Kentucky Revised Statutes) and all amendments and supplements thereto, are adopted so far as applicable to this chapter, except as otherwise lawfully provided herein.
