§ 111.02 DEFINITIONS.
   Words used throughout this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, shall have the same definitions as set out in the Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws (Chapters 241, 242, 243 and 244 of Kentucky Revised Statutes) of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and all amendments and supplements thereto.
