§ 100.09 DOGS; WILDLIFE.

From and after the effective date of this chapter, no dogs shall be permitted within the boundaries of the Ashland Cemetery. City employees and all police officers are directed to strictly enforce this section. It shall be unlawful for any person to kill, injure or unnecessarily frighten any wildlife within the Ashland Cemetery.
