Operating hours for the Ashland Cemetery shall be as follows:
(A) Cemetery gates shall remain open daily from dawn to dusk. Civic or other non-profit special interest groups may request an extension of such hours from the Parks and Recreation Director.
(B) During the hours the cemetery is closed, no person shall remain in or enter the premises except city maintenance employees, officials of the city, and law enforcement officers, who shall have the right to enter on the premises for purposes of patrolling, enforcing the law, or other appropriate administrative purposes.
(C) During the hours the cemetery is closed, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park and leave standing any vehicle inside the cemetery. Any person, firm or corporation violating these terms shall pay an administrative penalty rate not less than $10. All administrative penalties derived from the enforcement of this chapter shall be paid into the general fund of the city for the purpose of defraying the cost of general government.
