(A) The main entrance in to the Ashland Cemetery is located in the 1500 block of Belmont Street. The road entrance in to the Ashland Cemetery located at the intersection of Newman Street and Park Street shall be closed to all motor vehicles except during funeral services and on approved holidays.
(B) No vehicle shall be operated in the Ashland Cemetery at a speed in excess of ten miles per hour.
