§ 99.04 PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN ENCLOSED PUBLIC PLACES.
   Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed public places, as defined in § 99.02 above, within the city limits of the city. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of restaurants as defined by § 99.02.
