§ 99.03 APPLICATION TO CITY, COUNTY AND STATE FACILITIES.
   Smoking policies concerning facilities owned or operated by the city, county or the state shall be governed by regulations adopted in compliance with KRS 61.165. To the degree not in conflict with this statute or other existing statutory scheme affecting such facilities, this chapter shall apply.
