§ 98.03 PROHIBITED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WHEN INTERSECTION OBSCURED.
   No person shall plant, set out, or maintain on privately owned property located at or near the intersections of streets any trees or shrubbery which, by reason of close proximity to the intersections, constitute an impairment of visibility in the movement of traffic, create a dangerous condition with respect thereto, and a menace to the public welfare and safety. The owners of such obstructions shall remove the obstruction within 30 days after written notice from the office of the City Manager.
