§ 98.01 DESTRUCTION OF FLOWERS, TREES, AND THE LIKE.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than duly-authorized agents of the city, to destroy, remove, mutilate, deface, or molest any flower, plant, vine, shrub, or trees, in or on any public property within the city, without first obtaining written permission so to do from the Park Board.
