§ 96.09 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CENTRAL PARK PAVILION.
   The Board of Commissioners hereby adopts the following rules and regulations for the use of the Pavilion located in Central Park.
   (A)   Use of the Pavilion located in Central Park shall require a special event permit.
   (B)   Events held September 16 through April 14, Monday through Saturday, must end by 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday by 6:00 p.m. Programs held April 15 through September 15, Monday through Saturday, must end by 10:00 p.m. and on Sunday by 6:00 p.m.
   (C)   Each individual or group will be responsible for the condition and clean-up of the facility.
   (D)   No solicitation without permission will be permitted on or around the Pavilion.
   (E)   Amplification will not be allowed without a special event permit and will be held to a minimum for the enjoyment of the audience located around the Pavilion.
   (F)   The city will provide electric power if requested.
   (G)   A returnable damage deposit of $100 is required of all private users.
   (H)   No alcoholic beverages will be permitted on or around the Pavilion except as part of a special event properly licensed for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
   (I)   No food or drinks will be permitted on the Pavilion.
   (J)   No profanity or lewd behavior will be permitted on the Pavilion.
   (K)   Proper attire for all performers will be required on the Pavilion.
   (L)   Smoking or tobacco use of any kind is prohibited on the Pavilion.
   (M)   Open flames are prohibited on the Pavilion.
   (N)   Any infringement of these rules will result in the individual(s) being asked to leave the Pavilion, and may result in future denial of use and/or forfeiture of the $100 deposit.
