§ 96.06 ANIMALS AND WILDLIFE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to lead livestock through or within any city park. All dogs taken to city parks for the purpose of exercise shall be at all times while in city parks restricted upon a leash. No dogs shall be permitted within the boundaries of Central Park. Dogs shall be permitted outside the perimeter of Central Park as defined by the area between the sidewalk and the curb and in that area located near 22nd Street as a dog park/dog run. City employees and all police officers are directed to strictly enforce this section.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to kill, injure, or unnecessarily frighten any wildlife within any city park.
