§ 96.01 DESIGNATION OF CENTRAL PARK BOUNDARIES.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the boundaries of Central Park shall be considered 17th to 22nd Streets, Lexington to Central Avenues, including rights-of-ways. Excluded are Crabbe Elementary School and parking lot and the Boyd County Library and parking lot.
