§ 95.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, or by both a fine and imprisonment. Every day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
