Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and be fined not less than $25 dollars nor more than any amounts enumerated in KRS 534.040(2)(c). Each day of violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. Failure to make payment to the City Cashier within 30 days from the date of issuance of the City Citation will result in a Uniform Citation being issued for the violation and the matter will be cited into the Boyd District Court.
