§ 94.06 ABATEMENT.

Order of abatement of noise disturbance. In lieu of issuing a citation as provided for in § 94.07, any city law enforcement officer may issue an order requiring the immediate abatement of any source of sound alleged to be in violation of §§ 94.01 through 94.07.
