§ 93.999 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than the maximum fine enumerated in KRS 534.040 for a misdemeanor offense.
