§ 53.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates this policy, in part or whole, shall be guilty of violation punishable under and according to § 53.12 of the city's Fats, Oils and Grease Enforcement Response Plan (listed below) and or the city's Code of Ordinances. Each day's violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense.
