Stop-work order; revocation of SWPPP. In the event that any person holding an approved SWPPP pursuant to this subchapter violates the terms of the SWPPP or maintenance agreement in such a manner as to materially adversely affect the health, welfare, or safety of the public near the development site or vicinity so as to be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or improvements in the vicinity, Public Works Department may suspend or revoke SWPPP.
