(A) After the City Manager or his designee has determined that the application is complete, the application will be reviewed by the staff according to the policies and procedures described in
§ 37.088
above.
(B) The City Manager shall schedule public hearings with reasonable notice to obtain input from interested parties.
(C) Thereafter, the City Manager will notify the applicant and Commission of the results of the review process with any desired modifications.
