The "Rules and Regulations of the Police Department, Ashland, Kentucky," being a document separate and apart from this section, is hereby adopted in full, by reference, as an ordinance of the city, as fully to all intents and purposes as if set out at length herein. A copy of the document entitled "Rules and Regulations of the Police Department, Ashland, Kentucky," and including amendments from time to time, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk/Human Resources Director, and shall be made available for reference at all times during the regular office hours of that office.
