§ 32.02 ADOPTION OF NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS) BY REFERENCE.

The Ashland Board of City Commissioners hereby adopts for use the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the standard for all incident management in the City of Ashland, Kentucky.
