(A) The "Boyd County Emergency Operations Plan" shall be the emergency operations plan for the city to be used in connection with the city's civil preparedness program.
(B) The "Boyd County Emergency Operations Plan" as attached to Ord. 108-1980, together with any amendments thereto, is made a part hereof and is hereby adopted by reference as fully to all intents and purposes as if copied at length herein. A copy of the "Boyd County Emergency Operations Plan" and amendments thereto, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be made available for reference at all times during the regular office hours of the City Clerk.
