The Board of Commissioners hereby adopts a paratransit plan for the city bus system in order to comply with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act as it relates to public transportation. The plan as attached to Ord. 1, passed 1-21-92 is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein. Copies available for public inspection shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk.
