Effective November 1, 2022 and continuing throughout subsequent years unless amended, the Board of Commissioners shall hold two regular meetings each month, with the exception of July, November and December. Said meetings shall convene at 12:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month in the Commissioners’ Chambers located on the third floor of the City Building, Ashland, Kentucky. The one July meeting shall convene on the fourth Thursday of the month, and the one November meeting and December meeting shall convene on the third Thursday of the month.
