(A) At regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners, the order of business shall be as follows:
(1) Roll call.
(2) Reading of and acting upon minutes of previous meetings.
(3) Consideration of and action upon the matters listed or referred to upon the docket prepared by the City Manager.
(4) Other business.
(B) By consent of four members of the Board of Commissioners, the order of business herein set up may be departed from.
