1315.01 PERMITS AND FEES REQUIRED.

   (a)    Residential Building Permits. Residential Building Permits shall be obtained from the City of Ashland Building Department prior to the start of any work, which requires a permit, as per the Residential Code of Ohio. See Section 1315.02(a) for the schedule of fees.

   (b)    Non-Residential Building Permits. Non-Residential Building Permits shall be obtained from the Richland County Building Department prior to the start of any work, which requires a permit, as per the Ohio Building Code. See Section 1315.02(b) for the schedule of fees.

   (c)    Engineering Permits. Engineering Permits shall be obtained from the City of Ashland Building Department prior to the start of any work, which requires a permit, as per the City of Ashland Codified Ordinances. See Section 1315.02(c) for the schedule of fees.

   (d)    Sign Permits. Sign Permits shall be obtained from the City of Ashland Building Department prior to the start of any work, which requires a permit, as per Chapter 1184. See Section 1315.02(d) for the schedule of fees.

   (e)    Other Permits. Other Miscellaneous Permits listed shall be obtained from the City of Ashland Building Department prior to the start of any work, which requires a permit, as per the City of Ashland Codified Ordinances. See Section 1315.02(e) for the schedule of fees.
