4 Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a homeowner who resides and occupies the premises, wherein the work is to be performed by the homeowner, may obtain a combination permit for fifty dollars ($50.00) to cover all or any alterations, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, or heating work provided that the value of such work shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) in total.
(b) Non-Residential Building Permit Fees. Non-Residential Building Permit Fees shall be coordinated with the Richland County Building Department per their most current Fee Schedule.
(c) Engineering Permit Fees 5.
(1) Site Development Permit (non-residential) $150.00
