Should any section, clause, paragraph, sentence, item, phrase or provision of this chapter be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or any thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid. All other provisions of the Codified Ordinances, including, but not limited to, Sections 1163.02
(p), 1185.04
(b) and 1187.01
shall remain in full force and effect and are not intended to be superseded by the provision of this chapter.
