§ 91.116 PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED FOR AMENDMENTS.
   These chapter regulations may be amended or revised from time to time by the Board of County Commissioners. A public hearing shall be held by the Board of County Commissioners before the adoption of any proposed amendments to this chapter if the amendments will affect more than five addressable structures. The Board shall cause notice of public hearing which shall be advertised once a week for two successive calendar weeks in a newspaper having general circulation in the area. The notice shall be published for the first time not less than ten days or more than 25 days before the appointed date of the hearing. In computing such period, the day of publication is not to be included, but the day of the hearing shall be included.
