§ 51.07 OFFENSIVE MATERIALS NOT TO BE BROUGHT INTO OR BURIED IN CITY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to fill any land with, or dump upon any vacant lot within the city, garbage, dead animals, decaying vegetable matter or any offensive material; nor shall any of the aforementioned offensive materials be buried within the city.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
