§ 50.112 PROPERTIES OTHER THAN INDUSTRIAL OR COMMERCIAL NOT DISCHARGING WATER INTO CITY SEWERS.
   All persons using water from the city water supply system for purposes other than commercial or industrial, such as the watering of lawns whether they be private or commercial, and where the water so used is not discharged into the sewerage system of the city, the quantity of water so used and not discharged into the city sewers shall not be considered when computing the sewer service charge provided for in § 50.110, but shall be paid for at the rate fixed without the addition of such sewer service charge; provided, that the water used for purposes other than industrial or commercial and not discharged into the city sewerage system shall be measured by meter, such meter to be installed and maintained at the request and the sole expense of the property owner or person claiming such reduction.
