§ 50.076 TAMPERING WITH SYSTEM.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, damage, tamper or interfere with any sewer pipe belonging to the city or to remove, break, tamper with or injure any portion of any manhole, flush tank or any part of the city sewerage system or any installation thereunto appertaining.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
