For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SANITARY SEWER. A sewer into which is to be conveyed excrement, water from lavatories, sinks, bath tubs and the like, and other sewage wastes.
STORM SEWER. A sewer into which is to be conveyed surface, roof and rain water.
