§ 50.056 PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION FOR SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   All applications for connection with the city water system, for property situated outside of the city limits, shall be made to the city upon blanks provided by the city. Each application shall specify the name of the person by whom the application is made; the location of the property for which the connection is desired; the size of service proposed to be connected with the city water system; the person by whom the work is to be done; and such other or additional information as may be required. Each applicant shall agree in his application to be governed by all regulations made by the City Council for the control, maintenance and protection of the city water system in force at the time such application is made or at any time thereafter.
   (B)   Each application shall be submitted to the city to grant a permit for the connection or connections applied for. All applicants for connections with any water main or system outside the city limits, which is connected with the city water system, shall make application as provided for herein; provided, that this shall apply only to water mains or pipes owned by the city, or concerning which the city has a contract with the owner or owners thereof, and that no connection or tapping shall be made with any main or pipe outside of the city limits, except such as are owned by the city or with which it has contract as aforesaid.
