(A) It shall be unlawful to enter upon, walk, ride, bathe, swim, boat, skate, hunt, fish or trespass in any manner whatsoever upon any portion of any pond or reservoir or any land or building owned, leased or controlled by the city for the purpose of providing water, whether such property is located within or without the city limits, unless such activity is approved by the Recreation Services Department.
(B) A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
